ITS MY LIFE.....ITS YOUR LIFE......ITS OUR LIFE......

I gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which I really stop to look fear in the face..

I am able to say to myself..,
'I lived through this horror.. I can take the next thing that comes along'..

I believe that it is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles.

Then the victory is yours.. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.....To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment..  I surround myself with the best people I can find, delegate authority, and don't interfere as long as the policy I have decided upon is being carried out.......
It's easy to have faith in yourself and have discipline when you're a winner or when you're number one..
What you got to have is faith and discipline when you're not a winner..  Should you find yourself in a chronically leaking boat, energy devoted to changing vessels is likely to be more productive than energy devoted to patching leaks..  Focusing your life solely on making a buck shows a certain poverty of ambition..  It asks too little of yourself..
Because it's only when you hitch your wagon to something larger than yourself that you realize your true potential..

Simply put, you believer that things or people make you unhappy, but this is not accurate.. You make yourself unhappy..
Expose yourself to

HOW DO I MOTIVATE MYSELF...

How do you motivate yourself, is a very big question..
Someday, in the years to come, you will be wrestling with the great temptation, or trembling under the great sorrow of your life.. But the real struggle is here, now... Now it is being decided whether, in the day of your supreme sorrow or temptation, you shall miserably fail or gloriously conquer.. Character cannot be made except by steady, long continued process..
The more you struggle to live, the less you live.. Instead, surrender to what is real within you, for that alone is sure.. As stars high above earth, you are above everything distressing..
But you must awaken to it.. So....Wake up!

You have to believe that you are the one who creates your success, that you are the one who creates your mediocrity, and that you are the one creating your struggle around money and success..
I have come to believe that there are only two kinds of experiences in life..:
Those that stem from our higher self and those that have something to teach us.. We recognize the first as pure joy and the latter as struggle.. But they are both perfect.. Each time we confront some intense difficulty, we know there is something we haven't learned yet, and the universe is now giving us the opportunity to learn..
All your life you are told the things you cannot do.. All your life people around you will say, you're not good enough or strong enough or talented enough; they will say you're the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to play this or be this or achieve this.. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no, until all the no's become meaningless.. All your life they will tell you no, quite firmly and very quickly..
AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES..

Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir humans blood and probably

STOP RACISM

The first thing to understand in this discussion is that there is only one race—the human race. Caucasians, Africans, Asians, Indians, Arabs, and Jews are not different races. Rather, they are different ethnicities of the human race. All human beings have the same physical characteristics (with minor variations, of course). More importantly, all human beings are created in the image and likeness of God. God loved the world so much that He sent Jesus to lay down His life for us. The “world” obviously includes all ethnic groups.

God does not show partiality or favoritism, and neither should we. In the Old Testament, God divided humanity into two “racial” groups: Jews and Gentiles. God’s intent was for the Jews to be a kingdom of priests, ministering to the Gentile nations. Instead, for the most part, the Jews became proud of their status and despised the Gentiles. Jesus Christ put an end to this, destroying the dividing wall of hostility. All forms of racism, prejudice, and discrimination are affronts to the work of Christ on the cross.

Jesus commands us to love one another as He loves us. If God is impartial
